10日10日,集團公司承(cheng)建的呼和浩(hao)特新(xin)機(ji)場飛行區場道工(gong)(gong)程項目(mu)、高鐵(tie)預留工(gong)(gong)程項目(mu)因(yin)現(xian)場安全、質量(liang)、進(jin)度(du)管(guan)理、內業資(zi)料、BIM應(ying)用及合(he)同履約情況等方面的突出表現(xian),從16家被檢查考核單位中脫(tuo)穎而出,分別獲呼和浩(hao)特新(xin)機(ji)場項目(mu)建設現(xian)場指揮部(bu)2023年三季度(du)綜合(he)考核第一、第二名。
7-9月是施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)黃金期,也(ye)是壓力期,呼(hu)和浩特新機(ji)場飛(fei)行(xing)區場道工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程、高(gao)鐵預(yu)留工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)體人員凝心聚力、團結一致,科學編排(pai)規劃(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)節點(dian),合(he)理調配施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資源,搶抓有利(li)時(shi)機(ji),提(ti)高(gao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)。不僅當(dang)地風(feng)沙大、天氣惡(e)劣,而且涉及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)標段交叉作業多、資金短缺(que)、原材(cai)料(liao)供應(ying)缺(que)乏及機(ji)械設備緊張等,項(xiang)(xiang)目部克服重重困難,精心組織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),及時(shi)調整(zheng)晝夜倒班施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),合(he)理優(you)化(hua)各工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序銜接,加(jia)大事(shi)故安(an)全(quan)隱患排(pai)查(cha)力度,層層壓實全(quan)員安(an)全(quan)責任,環環緊扣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),全(quan)面(mian)迅速掀(xian)起了(le)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)大干熱潮,大大提(ti)高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程進度,最終高(gao)標準、高(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)地完成了(le)標段第三季(ji)度施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu)。
由于呼(hu)和(he)浩特(te)新機場(chang)飛行區場(chang)道(dao)工(gong)程項目分部工(gong)程監測控制點繁多(duo),施工(gong)工(gong)藝復(fu)雜,特(te)別是(shi)道(dao)面工(gong)程橫斷面9種,考(kao)慮橫坡交叉位(wei)置(zhi)處理(li)困難以及地下(xia)管道(dao)工(gong)程交叉錯綜(zong)(zong)復(fu)雜,項目部采取BIM技(ji)術綜(zong)(zong)合應(ying)用(yong),建立全專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)BIM模(mo)(mo)型,充分利(li)用(yong)BIM技(ji)術特(te)點與(yu)優勢,深入基礎應(ying)用(yong),深化設(she)計模(mo)(mo)型,拓展(zhan)綜(zong)(zong)合應(ying)用(yong)點,搭建BIM工(gong)程管控平臺。針對道(dao)路設(she)計高程不統(tong)一(yi),繪(hui)制使坡度(du)較(jiao)小位(wei)置(zhi)時,提前對管線排布(bu)進行調(diao)整優化,綜(zong)(zong)合檢查模(mo)(mo)擬管道(dao)與(yu)管道(dao)之間(jian)連接與(yu)碰撞問題(ti),避(bi)免(mian)多(duo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)施工(gong)所導致的沖突(tu)問題(ti),實(shi)現本項目的信(xin)息化、精細化、智能化管控,更加有利(li)指(zhi)導現場(chang)施工(gong)。
5月30日維(wei)(wei)護結(jie)構(gou)完成(cheng)(cheng)后,高鐵(tie)預留工程(cheng)項目(mu)正式進(jin)入土(tu)方及主體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)施(shi)工,92天完成(cheng)(cheng)土(tu)方開(kai)挖21萬立方;混(hun)凝土(tu)澆筑2.3萬立方,澆筑底(di)板、中(zhong)板40塊(kuai),側(ce)墻完成(cheng)(cheng)30塊(kuai),筋綁扎4500噸,保障年底(di)飛行區(qu)回填順利完成(cheng)(cheng)。按照(zhao)施(shi)工總進(jin)度(du)計(ji)劃,分解月計(ji)劃、周(zhou)計(ji)劃、天計(ji)劃,并及時糾偏,不斷(duan)完善管理(li)體(ti)系(xi),每周(zhou)進(jin)行綜合(he)考核,對生產過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)突出問(wen)題、重難點問(wen)題進(jin)行研判,多維(wei)(wei)度(du)構(gou)建解決方案,確保項目(mu)各階段節點目(mu)標有(you)序(xu)實現。
